Our client fell in love with the Animas Valley after driving the San Juan Skyway during the fall. Drawn to the woods and seeking a haven for relaxation and inspiration to write, she approached MESA for help finding a property that will initially support a cabin with room to build additional buildings in the future. Her program required ample daylighting, a functional kitchen, and an area for focus.
