Located in one of Durango’s most sought after neighborhoods, this project adds a second story to an existing single story home.
The addition adds 4 new bedrooms including a master suite upstairs. Downstairs, we are removing two small bedrooms to establish a better entry, a separate mudroom, and a fully reconfigured kitchen with butler’s pantry.
